The University of Maine at Farmington women's basketball team made the postseason this year for the first time in a few years. The Beavers finished 6-8 in conference play which earned them the #5 seed.
The team had a few big wins one against UMPI in which Molly Folsom hit a game-winning shot. Folsom lead the team with 16 points in that game. Against NVU Lyndon, UMF trailed but made a comeback late to win in overtime. Makayla Wilson (12 points), and Morgan Crocker (10 points) lead the comeback effort. In the last NAC game of the regular season, UMF defeated Thomas to secure the 5th seed.
McKenna Brodeur was named First Team All-Conference as she averaged 13.5ppg and 5.0rpg.
