Men's Relay Breaks School Record

Waterville, Maine - UMaine-Farmington track and field team competed at Colby College Saturday afternoon for the Thomas College track meet.

In the Men's 200-meter dash final Thomas Dupuy finished 12th with a time of 25.97, followed by Garrett Fisher who had a time of 30.21. In the Men's 400-meter dash Farmington's own Abshir Abukar finished 6th with a time of 54.91, coming in 7th was Davion Jackson with a time of 55.16, Corbin Bouchard finished the race with a time of 1:04.96. In the 800-meter dash, Isaiah Reid finished 2nd with a time of 2:09.30. In the Men's 1500-meter dash Joe Ashby had a time of 4:29.04 finishing 3rd, followed by teammate David Doering who had a time of 4:41.11 finishing 4th, in 12th place, was Jordan Fried with a time of 4:58.13. In the Men's 4x800 relay UMaine Farmington's Joe Ashby, Thomas Wing, Isaiah Reid, and David Doering finished 1st breaking the school record with a time of 8:49.07.

In the Men's shot put Isiaah Boria finished 13th with a distance of 9.24m, Ben Toribio finished with a distance of 8.06m.

The men's track and field team finished 6th place.
