UMF Alpine Team Heads into Last Weekend

UMF Alpine heads into their last weekend of regular season racing.  The Beavers race at Lost Valley in Auburn Maine for their final SL race. Both teams look to qualify individual athletes this season to the ECSC Eastern Championships at West Mtn in New York.
Erin Buckland leads the Beavers sitting as the second woman to qualify as an individual from the Reynolds Division.  Erin has had strong finishes this season but looks to stay on the podium and ahead of Bowdoin's Ava Jackson.  The Beavers look to connect as a team on the small hill, as all the woman have been showing personal bests through the late part of the season.
Kyle Farrington and Jed Stevens lead the Beavers as both hold top 5 overall individual results in the Reynolds Division. Kyle sits in 2nd for the division and looks to post a win this weekend to hold a strong potential to head to ECSC Eastern Regionsal at West Mtn in New York. The men have also been looking to peak later in the season with strong finishes from Braden Brothers and Mitchell Golas in the recent races.
This weekend will be action packed and fans will be on the edge of their hot cocoa mugs as the Beavers look to light up the hill on this cold snowy weekend.
