Beavers Bow Out of NAC Tournament

Farmington, Maine - Jordan Goodson hit a jump shot from the elbow with 1.4 seconds remaining to give No. 4 Thomas College an 86-85 victory on Friday night over No. 1 UMaine-Farmington and advance them to the North Atlantic Conference (NAC) Final.

RECORDS

UMaine-Farmington closes out the year with an overall record of 16-10 and an 11-4 record in conference play while Thomas College moves to 14-12 overall and 10-5 in conference play.

HOW IT HAPPENED

  • Amir Moss led all scorers with 25 points with five rebounds, four assists, and three steals along with scoring his 1000th point on the season.
  • Milani Hicks added 23 points with three rebounds, two assists, two steals, and one block while Bill Ruby added a double-double with 11 points and 10 rebounds with three assists, and one steal.
  • Issac Witham also added 11 points with two rebounds and four assists.
  • Evan Arsenault led the Terriers with 20 points after going 6-9 from three-point land while Jordan Goodson added 18 points with eight rebounds, two assists, and one assist.
  • Zach Mackinnon added 14 points with four rebounds, and three assists as Lovegeurson Fleurine added nine points with 10 assists.
