Castleton, Vt. – UMaine-Farmington's men's soccer team drops a non-conference matchup against Castleton University by a final score of 2-0.

• The Beavers defense stayed strong as the Spartans took 22 shots to the Beavers five. UMF had 11 saves on the day with two for Castleton.
• UMF took two corner kicks in the first half as the Spartans took eight total.

HOW IT HAPPENED

• Jack Kingdon scored first for the Spartans at the 84th minute on a free kick from about 20 yards out.
• Seraphin Iradukunda scored three minutes later after Diatourou Drame took a shot and Iradukunda was there for the rebound and found the back of the net.
