Box Score Standish, Maine – UMaine-Farmington women's basketball played #12/14 Saint Joseph's College of Maine on Thursday night with a final score of 92-48 in the Monks favor.
The Monks received 325 points in the D3hoops.com poll and 90 points in the WBCA rankings.
BY THE NUMBERS
- The Beavers shot 32.8% from the floor after shooting 19-58 from the floor and 2-4 from behind the arc. The Beavers also shot 50% at the free throw line (8-16) while notching 41 rebounds, eight assists, five steals, and four blocks.
- The Monks shot 49.4% from the floor, 35.7% from behind the arc and 54.5% at the free throw line with 50 rebounds, 26 assists, 16 steals, and three blocks.
HOW IT HAPPENED
- McKenna Brodeur was the Beavers leading scorer with 12 points on 5-12 shooting from the floor with four rebounds and two steals while Halee Ramsdell added nine points off the bench for the Beavers with four rebounds.
- Morgan Crocker added nine points as Paige Carter and Molly Folsom each added four while Carter had 11 rebounds.
- Emily Benway led all scorers with 18 points on 8-15 shooting with nine rebounds while Kelsi McNamara added 14 points with six assists.
- Hannah Marks, Grace Philippon, and Page Brown each added 10 for the Monks.
