Beavers Finish Giant Slalom

Whiteface, NY – UMaine-Farmington's men's alpine team finished off a giant slalom on Wednesday afternoon in Lake Placid, New York.

Charlie De Haas finished with a time of 2:26.73 after a time of 1:13.92 in run one and a time of 1:12.81 in run two. Christian Beliveau had a time of 1:15.98 in run one and a time of 1:15.02 un run two for a total time of 2:31.00.

Zachary Berliner, Simon Spear, and Kyle Farrington did not finish the race after each falling after charging hard down the mountain.

The Beavers will be back on the hill tomorrow for an SL after a schedule change due to bad weather coming in on Friday.
