NEWRY, Maine - The University of Maine at Farmington men's alpine team wrapped up the two day ski race weekend at Sunday River today with the slalom event after taking 1st place on Saturday in the giant slalom portion.

After sweeping the podium on Saturday, the Beavers were unable to place any athlete in the top-three. Sam Roy (Frencville, Maine) paced the Beavers on the course today, finishing just outside the top-three in 4th place. Roy's two runs came in at 1:07.51, finishing the first run in 35.08 seconds and the second run in 32.43 in the second run. Roy missed out on a podium by .09 seconds.

Lance Dolan (Coplin Plantation, Maine) was the 2nd scoring Beaver with a two run time of 1:09.75 and grabbed a 7th place finish overall. Dolan's two runs were marked at 36.45 seconds and 33.30 seconds.
