Athletic achievements: At Leon, Santry was a four-year starter for the soccer team serving as co-captain in 2009-2010, accruing 84 defensive stops, five goals and 13 assists. ... He won three "Man of the Match" awards, the 2010 Heart of the Lion Award and was named to the All-Big Bend Second Team in 2010 and All-Big Bend Honorable Mention in 2009. ... His club team, Tallahassee United Futbol Club, won 13 championship titles and three finalist titles over five years, including the 2010 FYSA FL State Cup Elite Eight, 2009 Florida Cup US Club Soccer Champions, 2008 US Club Soccer National Championship Fifth Place and 2008 US Club Soccer Region C Champions.
Academic achievements: At Leon, Santry was a member of the National Society of High School Scholars.
Hobbies: Soccer, hiking, kayaking, tennis, golf, singing and listening to music with friends.
Community service activities: Founder and coordinator for Leon Lions Soccer Service Project, "Lions Helping Lions" Recycle Gift of Sight Eyeglasses project, elementary school volunteer tutor, volunteer for American Cancer Society Relay for Life.
