Biography

2011-12: UMF’s top returning scorer with 11.4 points last season… played in 21 games, making 17 starts… averaged 2.8 rebounds, with a high of six boards against both New England College (12/9) and Maine Maritime (1/31)… scored her season high of 22 points at Thomas (1/14), one of her 14 double-digit scoring efforts on the year… scored in double-figures in eight of the final nine games of the 2011-12 season… had a season best seven rebounds against Husson (2/14)… UMF’s leading 3-point shooter with 29 out of 117 attempts (.248 3FG%)… recorded at least one 3-pointer in 18 of her 21 games played… had a high of four 3-pointers against Maine Maritime (1/31)… paced the Beavers with 35 steals, with a high of five steals against both New England College (2/4) and Johnson State (2/11).

HS Athletic achievements: At Mt. Abram, Norton was a McDonald's All-Star,
a 1,000-point scorer and All-Mountain Valley Conference First Team. All Tournament team 2011.

HS Academic achievements: At Mt. Abram, Norton was on the Honor Roll and received Alumni Book awards.

Personal: Daughter of Ricky and Kelly Norton… majoring in pre-professional programs.

Why UMF? Small school, knew the campus already. My family is close enough to make every game.
