Gorham, Maine – UMaine-Farmington's men's track and field team competed at the USM open on Saturday.
Isiaah Boria took eighth place in the weight throw with 7.68 meters as Alixx Canwell took eighth in the men shot put with a distance of 10.90 meters. Ben Toribio took seventh with 5.95 meters in the long jump.
Joe Ashby took ninth place in the one mile run with a time of 4:54.24 as Abshir Abukar took third place in the 400-meter run with a time of 53:67 followed by Davion Jackson who finished with a time of 55:09. Caleb Grover and William Chinnock each ran the 400-meter run as Thomas Dupuy took 10th place in the 600-meter with a time of 1:39.62.
Enrico Echevarria ran the 800-meter with a time of 2:42.13 as Jackson finished in 13th place with a time of 25.16. Cam Morin added a time of 28.13 as Corbin Bouchard finished with a time of 30.28.
