OAKLAND, Maine - University of Maine at Farmington sophomore Gage Suitter (Bath, Maine) carded a career-low round, shooting a 75 (+5) en route to tying for fifth place on Sunday at the Sid Farr Invitational, hosted by Colby College at the Waterville Country Club.

Ty Dickson of Husson University and Jack Marquardt of Colby College shared medalist honors, as the two each finished two-under par with matching rounds of 68.

The top four golfers for the Beavers combined to shoot a 326, their second-lowest round of the season.

Beaver Golfers:

Suitter was on top of his game throughout the entire round, carding a pair of birdies, both of which came on the front nine. Suitter birdied the par-three second hole as well as the par-four eighth hole on his way to finishing with a 36 on the front nine. Suitter finished with a 39 on the back nine, finishing five-over par for the day.

Sophomore Caleb Harvey (Bath, Maine) finished just two strokes behind Suitter, finishing seven-over par with a 77. Harvey tallied one birdie on his card for the round, carding a four on the par-five third hole. He shot a 38 on the front nine and a 39 on the back nine.

Junior Trent Beaudoin (Farmington, Maine) matched his round from the UMF Invitational on Saturday, finishing 12-over par with an 82. Beaudoin finished tied for 29th overall, carding a 42 on the front nine and a 40 on the back. He had one birdie on his card for the day, posting a three on the par-four 14th hole.

Junior Jackson Forrest (Portland, Maine) made his first appearance in a match this season for the Beavers, placing 44th overall. Forrest shot a 92 (+22), carding a 49 on the front nine and a 43 on the back.

Junior Kyle Ingalls (Bowdoin, Maine) made his collegiate debut on Sunday for the Beavers. He finished with a 94 (+24) en route to placing 45th overall. Ingalls finished with a 50 on the front nine and a 44 on the back nine.
