GORHAM, Maine – Gavin Brickley finished 23rd at the University of Southern Maine Fall Classic to lead the Beavers golf team.
Brickley finished the tournament with a 161 on the day placing him 23rd. Tom Bearor followed Brickley with a tie for 36th place after carding a 174. Endicott's Austin Teal beat out Castleton's Zach Temple by a stroke to win the tournament with a 144.
UMF finished ninth as a team with a team score of 690. Endicott won the event with a 598, defeating the University of Southern Maine by three strokes.
UMaine-Farmington will participate in the NAC Championship on October 18th hosted at Black Swan Country Club in Georgetown, Mass.
