Box Score WATERVILLE, Maine – The University of Maine at Farmington (2-5-1) women's soccer team were on the bottom end of a 5-0 shutout at Colby College on Sunday afternoon in non-conference action.
The contest was close in the first half with Colby grabbing a goal in the 13th minute but the Beavers could not muster a tying score.
In the second half, the game remained 1-0 until the Mules launched a four-goal scoring attack in the final 30 minutes of the contest.
Sam Hatch had another busy day in goal with 14 saves in the game for the Beavers.
UMaine-Farmington returns to conference play on Saturday at Colby-Sawyer College.
