Beavers Score in Overtime for 2-1 Victory

Farmington, Maine – McKenna Brodeur scores in overtime to propel UMaine-Farmington over SUNY Delhi on Saturday afternoon in North Atlantic Conference (NAC) action on Bob Leib Field.

HOW IT HAPPENED

  • Leah Stevens gave the Beavers an early lead with a goal off a corner from Brodeur in the opening 10 minutes of play.
  • Alexa DuBois scored in the 60th minute to tie the game with McKenna Brodeur later scoring in the 94th minute on a breakaway to give the Beavers a 2-1 victory.
  • Callie Hammer made nine saves in the game as Rachael Scoones made three saves for the Broncos.
  • As a team, the Beavers took 16 total shots as the Broncos took 21 shots.
