Gorham, Maine – UMaine-Farmington's women's track and field team finished their meet at Gorham with athletes qualifying for the NCAA Regionals.
Katie LeBlanc ran an 18:46 in the 5000-meter for a personal record and a bid to the NCAA Regionals. Jessica Brink competed in the weight throw for a distance of 11.51-meter as Destiny Clough finished with 8.84-meters followed by Emily Hargreaves and Brianna Reece.
Jennasea Hubbard threw for a distance of 9.93-meters in the shot put as Stephanie McLean threw 8.26-meters. Amber McKenzie threw for 7.98-meters as Emma Brown threw 6.66-meters to round out the shot put.
Sophie Taylor took fifth place in the long jump with a distance of 4.75-meters followed by a time of 8.22 in the 55-meter dash. Tawnee Roberts who finished with a time of 8.60. Whitney Durgin ran the mile with a time of 7:16.07 as Naomi Moulton ran the 400-meter run with a time of 1:01.00 with Tabitha Lingar taking seventh with a time of 1:31.70.
