Plymouth, N.H. – UMaine-Farmington women's track and field team competed at the Panther Invitational on Saturday.
Tawnee Roberts got the Beavers rolling with a time of 9.41 in the 60-meter dash followed by a time of 32.69 in the 200-meter dash. Naomi Moulton and Alyssa Leonard took 15th and 16th in the 400-meter dash with times of 1:12.55 and 1:15.40. Tabitha Lingar finished the 800-meter run with a time of 3:23.97 as Charlotte Allard had the same time. Katie LeBlanc won the 5000-meter run with a time of 18:37.21 which was over one minute shorter than the second-place winner.
Paige Ireland took 14th in the 60-meter hurdles with a time of 11.72 as Taylor Sophie took 8th place in the high jump with a height of 1.33-meters followed by Paige Ireland in the long jump with a distance of 3.73-meters. Jessica Brink took 14th in the shot put with a distance of 9.57-meters followed by Emily Hargreaves with a distance of 7.86-meters.
