Beaver Golfers:
After playing out of the No. 4 spot during the 2024 season, sophomore
Cooper Boinske (Westfield, Maine) stepped into the No. 1 role and performed well. Boinske opened with two birdies on the front nine en route to a 3-over-par 39. However, a pair of triple bogeys on the back nine derailed his round, leading to a 45 and a final score of 84 (+12).
Joseph Wellman-Clouse (Mount Desert, Maine) played as the Beavers' No. 2 and shot a 94 (+22). He notched three birdies and finished with a 46 on the front nine and a 48 on the back.
Sophomore
Jackson Forrest (Portland, Maine), typically the team's No. 5 last season, played from the No. 3 spot and turned in a solid performance. He shot a 92 (+20), carding a 47 on the front nine and a 45 on the back.
Chase Raven (Hudson, Wisc.) made his collegiate debut and was the fourth Beaver to contribute to the team score. Raven shot a 101 (+29), including a 49 on the front and a 52 on the back.
Trent Beaudoin (Farmington, Maine) played from the No. 4 spot but did not factor into the team's overall score. He finished with a 107 (+35), recording a 52 on the front and a 55 on the back.
