FARMINGTON, Maine -- Kristin Chambers (Gorham, ME) and Rebecca Roy (Skowhegan, ME) each scored a goal and Kaeleigh Barker (Chicester, NH) earned her fourth shutout as the University of Maine at Farmington field hockey team blanked Lasell College in North Atlantic Conference action at Prescott Field on Sunday.
The Beavers ran their record to 6-3 and 4-1 in NAC play, while the Lasers dropped to 4-9 (2-3). UMF is scheduled to visit STX/NFHCA National Coaches Poll No. 1 Bowdoin College on Wednesday at 5 p.m. Lasell is tabbed to host Elms College in conference action on Wednesday at 4 p.m.
