Farmington, Maine – UMaine-Farmington's field hockey team was edged out by Thomas College on Tuesday afternoon by a final score of 2-1 on Prescott Field.

HOW IT HAPPENED

• Thomas scored early in the first quarter to give the Terriers an early 1-0 lead when Allie Gregoire found the back of the cage on a rebound.
• Kasey Talarico tied the game just over five minutes later after a shot from Kelsey Williams which was saves by Leah Kruse followed up with a goal from Talarico.
• Kelci Faulkingham scored the game-winning goal with Gregoire.
