Box Score 2 Nashua, N.H. – UMaine-Farmington's softball team swept Rivier University on Wednesday afternoon in non-conference action.
Game One (W, 8-6)
- Kailyn Hill was on the mound for the Beavers, throwing seven innings and giving up 12 hits and six earned runs.
- Alyssa Dillan went 2-4 at the plate with a home run and triple leading the Beavers with two RBI as Makayla Wilson knocked in 1 RBI and scored one run.
- Broghan Gagnon went 1-4 with an RBI and a run as Callie Hammer also went 1-4 with an RBI.
- Taylor Rowsell went five innings, giving up seven hits and three earned runs as Kellie Kennedy went two innings, giving up one hit and one earned run.
- Katerina St Angelo led Rivier at the plate going 2-3 with a run as Mikayla Ramsdell went 2- with two RBI and two runs.
- Morgan Pratt went 2-3 with one RBI to close out game one.
Game Two (W, 9-1 - 5 Innings)
- Brianna McGrath threw five strong innings for the Beavers, giving up five hits and one earned run with four strikeouts.
- Makayla Wilson went 1-4 for the Beavers with one RBI and one run as Kayleigh Oberg went 1-4 with an RBI and one run.
- Broghan Gagnon and Karen Flaherty went knocked in one RBI as Kailyn Hill went 1-2 with one RBI an run.
- Sydney Greeno threw two-thirds of an innings for Rivier, giving up three hits and seven runs as Courtney Trahan went 4.1 innings, giving up three hits and four walks.
- Courtney Trahan went 1-2 with one RBI and one run as Morgan Pratt went 1-2.
- Kasey Smith went 2-3 at the plate.
