Farmington, Maine – UMaine-Farmington's softball team played their last softball game on Wednesday afternoon against Bates College with a final score of 12-0.

HOW IT HAPPENED

• Kailyn Hill started on the mound throwing two innings, giving up six hits with six earned runs. Brianna McGrath threw three innings, giving up eight hits with six earned runs and one strikeout.
• Kayleigh Oberg notched the lone hit for the Beavers, going 1-2.
• Kirsten Pelletier threw three innings for the Bobcats one strikeout. Payton Buxton threw one inning giving up one hit as Jevan Shanhu threw one inning for the Bobcats.
• Julia Panepinto went 1-2 with three RBI and two runs as Eliza McNulty went 3-3 with two RBI and two runs.
• Kennedy Ishii went 2-2 with two RBI and one run.

The Beavers will travel to Colby College on Friday to face Thomas College at 9:00 AM for the first round of the NAC Softball Tournament.
