Bangor, Maine – UMaine-Farmington's softball team battled tough pitching against Husson University on Sunday afternoon in a North Atlantic Conference doubleheader.  

Game One (L, 8-0)

• Kayleigh Oberg and Makayla Wilson each tallied a hit for the Beavers while Broghan Gagnon threw 4.2 innings with one strikeout.
• Jen Jones threw five innings, giving up two hits with 10 strikeouts.
• Morgan Coleman went 2-3 at the plate with two RBI's, two home runs with two runs as Katie Raymond went 3-3 with two runs.
• Sydney Ames went 2-3 with two RBI's and one run while Katie Windsor went 2-3 with one RBI.

Game Two (L, 10-0)

• Maddelyn Souza threw four innings for the Beavers with two strikeouts while Sydney Ames threw a no-hitter for the Eagles with three strikeouts.
• Kenzie Dore went 2-3 at the plate for Husson with three RBI and one run while Sydney Adams went 2-4 with two RBI's and two runs.
• Katie Windsor added two RBI's after going 1-2 at the plate with one run.
