Farmington, Maine – UMaine-Farmington opened their weekend series against Thomas College on Sunday with a double-header on Hippach Field in North Atlantic Conference (NAC) action.

Game One (L, 14-6)

• Brice Springer started on the mound for the Beavers, going 1.1 innings, giving up six earned runs with one strikeout. Tj Dorn threw 2.2 innings, giving up two earned runs while Cal Tibbitts threw two innings, and Jordi Valls threw one inning.
• Riley Bartell went 2-4 at the plate with three RBI's and a run with a home run over the scoreboard in left-center field.
• Jonny Pruett went 2-4 while Ryan Simard, Aric Belanger, Andrew Hopkins, Hunter LaBossiere each tallied a hit.
• Jordi Valls also hit a home run for the Beavers, giving him two RBI's and one run.
• Daniel May threw four innings, giving up seven hits with five earned runs. Jacob Lacroix threw one inning while Ethan Lachance threw two innings.
• Ryan Kappelmann went 2-3 with three RBI's and three runs. Aaron Young went 3-5 with three RBI's and two runs.
• Jackson Ladd added two RBI's while Austin Stebbings, Devin Grindle, Bradly Smith, and Jacob Perry each added one RBI.

Game Two (L, 6-0)

• Aaron Goschke threw five innings for the Beavers, giving up eight hits with two earned runs and seven strikeouts.
• Ryan Pratt and Tj Dorn each threw one inning for the Beavers.
• Tyler Lambert went 1-3 at the plate for the Beavers.
• Dylan Copeland threw seven innings for the Terriers, giving up one hit with two strikeouts.
• Aaron Young went 203 with two RBIs as Ryan Kappelmann and Devin Grindle each tallied an RBI.
