University of Maine at Farmington

Lars Sjulander was a standout defensive player for the men’s soccer team in his four years at the University of Maine at Farmington.

He was named 2000 and 2001 UMF MVP, while also winning the 2000 and 2001 MAC Player of the Year. Additionally, he was named to the Region X First Team and received All-American honorable mention. His individual accomplishments helped lead the team to success as the 2001 MAC Champions.

Sjulander graduated in 2002 with a degree in General Studies and minors in Business, Political science and Coaching. At the time of his induction he worked as a Operations Manager at Eagle Industries in Hollis Center, Maine.
