Stacy Pinkham Rice graduated from UMF in 1999 with a degree in Secondary Mathematics Education.

A two-sport standout in field hockey and softball, earned All-Conference honors in both sports. She was a member of UMF’s 1999 Maine Athletic Conference championship softball team, culminating her great career on the diamond; in field hockey ,as a center back she was voted by her peers as the team’s Most Outstanding Player all four years of her career.  

When Stacy was inducted she resided in West Burke, Vt., where she served as principal of the Burke Town School as well as being active in both the Vermont Principals’ Association and the National Association of Elementary School Principals. She also remained active in athletics as a player in the Northeast Kingdom women’s ice hockey league.
