A gifted athlete, Travis controlled the point guard position for the Beavers from 2002-2006 under longtime Head Coach Dick Meader.

At the time of graduation, he ranked 5th on the Farmington all-time scoring list, totaling 1,400 points. Currently, Travis sits 8th on the all-time scoring list. Travis was also a gifted passer and holds the program record in assists (609). Travis sits atop of the all-time list for free throws made (380).

Travis earned accolades throughout his playing career, including being a two-time Maine State All-Star, the Sunrise Conference Rookie of the Year, and receiving North Atlantic Conference All-Conference and All-Tournament Team honors.

Graduating with a degree in Community Health Education, Travis is currently a Physical Education and Health Teacher at Maranacook Community High School, where he also serves as the varsity head coach for the boys basketball and girls soccer teams.
