Lisa was a four-year UMF field hockey player. According to her former coach, Stella McLean, “Lisa made an immediate impact on the team as a freshman.” Her teammates voted her Best Offensive Player in 1983. During her four years, she held the goals-scored record. In her senior year, she scored nearly half of the team’s total goals, and offensively led the team to the NAIA District V Championship.  Lisa has been a field hockey coach and is an educational contact for the teenage pregnancy program in York County.  Lisa earned a B.S. in Education from UMF in 1986. At the time of her induction she was a Family and Consumer Science teacher for grades six through eight at the Loranger Middle School in Old Orchard Beach, Maine.
